We are located at the intersection of State Road 32 and State Road 75, just across from Western Boone High School.
What to Expect
Our Sunday morning service is just over an hour in length with both services being identical. We begin with our band leading the church in music. Lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along and/or engage with worship, however you feel comfortable. Each week we observe communion, which is a time for followers of Christ to remember the sacrifice Jesus made for our sins. A message is also presented by our pastor, which helps us understand the Bible and how it applies to our lives. Time for scripture reading, prayer, and reflection is a part of every service.
Dress is whatever is comfortable for you. Some of us wear jeans or shorts, while others dress up a little more. You are welcome just as you are.
You'll find labeled guest parking just to the left of our main entrance alongside the building.
What about my kids?
We want your kids to have a great experience each time they visit Dover! We complete background checks on all volunteers and train them to provide the best care. We’ve created a safe, fun, and engaging environment with kids and students in mind.
Your kids are always welcome to join you in service! In the foyer you’ll find bags with activities for kids to use during service. We also have a “family room” with a changing table, comfortable seating, and a video feed of the service if you’d like a separate space for nursing or letting your little ones play. We offer a nursery during both services for infants and toddlers.
During our 9:00 service we offer Growth Groups for kids 2 years old through 12th grade. Grades 6-12 meet in the White House, our youth building across the parking lot. Kids 2 years old through 5th grade meet in classrooms in our kids wing.
During our 10:45 service we offer a kid’s worship service in our kids wing. Ages 2 years old through preschool enjoy age-appropriate lessons and activities. Grades kindergarten through 6th grade meet in our fellowship hall where they have worship, prayer time, small group lessons, and lots of time to play.
Our student ministry for grades 6-12 meets Sunday evenings in the White House, our youth building across the parking lot. Join us for lots of fun and good food!
